    Never received my order

    I ordered this for my son to surprise him for his birthday with a new room. His little brother is going through Chemo so it was something special to look forward to. Unfortunately, I never received the item. I contacted the company to ask for a replacement to be sent and they informed me that I should have clicked the package protection at checkout and that there was nothing they could do. I lost $150 and have a very disappointed little boy.

    We’re sorry this order was impacted by carrier issues in transit.

    Tracking showed significant delays due to severe weather conditions, and the package was ultimately reported by the carrier as damaged before delivery could be completed. While the order did not include shipping protection coverage, our team still assisted by filing a claim with USPS on your behalf once the damage was confirmed and are currently awaiting the carrier’s resolution.

    We understand how disappointing it is when a special purchase doesn’t arrive as planned, and we’re truly sorry this experience did not meet expectations.

    Love the concept

    I love the concept but even after a few washes, the bedding is extremely lose around the bed and I have to readjust for my toddler almost nightly.

    The Toddler Mack is designed to accommodate mattresses up to 11” deep, so on thinner mattresses there can be some extra fabric that may require occasional adjustment depending on movement and use. We understand how that can be less convenient day to day, especially for little ones.

    Got this set for my grandsons that just got bunk beds. My son sent me the link and I ordered it. They absolutely love the set. The boys picked out the set with trucks and they love them. My son tells me this makes life sooooo much easier for them now. Prior they were fixing the blankets all through the night. Now none of that is necessary. Great product! and the quality is great.
