The mattress that you purchased will determine the purpose that the zipper serves!

ZipClean Mattress: designed with a convenient zipper that makes cleaning a breeze. Simply unzip to remove the top layer, and toss it into your washing machine for easy maintenance. Enjoy a fresh and clean sleeping environment with minimal effort!

ZipLuxe Mattress: featuring a beautiful brass zipper that allows you to access and personalize the internal layers of your mattress. Simply unzip the top layer, pulling the zipper away from the material to avoid any catching, to reveal the flippable latex layer and coils beneath, so you can customize your comfort to suit your preferences. Experience a tailored sleep experience like never before!

Each Beddy’s mattress has multiple layers.

ZipClean Mattress:

• Base Layer: Individually wrapped gauge coils that minimize motion from your partner.
• Comfort Layer: CertiPUR copper memory foam for comfort and cushion, Natural PurLoft Wool for a chemical free, flame retardant, and temperature regulating effect.
• Cover: Waterproof stretch knit fabric on your removable cover for easy wash.

ZipLuxe Mattress: 

• Base Layer: Individually wrapped gauge coils that minimize motion from your partner.
• Comfort Layer: A flippable center layer for firmness customization made of organic latex: 3” Latex 1.5" 80 D Organic Latex, 1.5" 60 D Organic Latex.
• Quilt: Made with HyPURGel Foam, copper memory foam, and certified organic jersey knit fiber, all to help with pressure relief and longevity.
• Cover: Made of 100% PurLoft wool and viscose bamboo for dust mitigation and antibacterial properties. This is what makes the cover moisture/sweat wicking, not to mention it keeps the surface of your mattress incredibly cool!

Depending on the delivery method you choose at checkout, your mattress will be delivered one of two ways:

Ground Delivery: Your mattress will be delivered to your home.

Your mattress will be delivered to your door stop rolled and enclosed in a box with handles. While more compact, the mattress will still be heavy! Please note the following weights and arrange for a friend or family member to help bring the mattress inside: 

• Twin ZipClean: 71 lbs.
• Twin XL ZipClean: 78 lbs. 
• Full ZipClean: 104 lbs.
• Queen ZipClean: 127 lbs.

White Glove Delivery: With this option, your mattress will be delivered to your home and set up for you. This process includes:

• Appointment Scheduling
• Mattress delivery, unpacking, and placement in room of your choice
• Walkup included up to 2 flights of stairs
• Up to 20 minutes of on-site light assembly and removal of packaging included
• Adult’s Signature required
• White Glove is included by default with all King size mattresses and the ZipLuxe Mattress in all sizes. You can opt-in to White Glove for an additional fee for all other mattresses. 

While your ZipLuxe mattress will be delivered with this White Glove service, it’s important to note the weights of these mattresses for your future reference:

• King ZipClean: 168 lbs.
• Twin ZipLuxe: 100 lbs.
• Twin XL ZipLuxe: 110 lbs.
• Full ZIpLuxe: 135 lbs.
• Queen ZipLuxe: 150 lbs.
• King ZipLuxe: 185 lbs.

All adjustable bases are delivered using a white glove delivery service. With this option, your mattress will be delivered to your home and set up for you. This process includes:

• Appointment Scheduling
• Bed frame delivery, unpacking, and placement in room of your choice
• Walkup included up to 2 flights of stairs
• Up to 20 minutes of on-site light assembly and removal of packaging included
• Adult’s Signature required

All Beddy’s mattresses contain a unique zipper functionality, designed to provide you with more comfort and even more peace of mind. 

• ZipClean Mattress: this mattress has a zipper to simplify the cleaning process. With a simple zip, you can remove the top layer of the mattress and clean it in your washing machine. This is a great option if you’re handling frequent messes that require time-consuming cleaning.

• ZipLuxe Mattress: the zipper here is used to access and customize the various layers inside your mattress! Unzip the top, pillowy layer of the mattress, pulling the zipper away from the material, to access the flippable latex layer and coils.

Beddy’s mattresses are handcrafted in the USA.

The feel of your Beddy’s mattress will vary depending on which mattress you have purchased. We think that every item in our line of mattresses is super comfy, but your ideal fit will depend on how you define comfort.

• ZipClean Mattress: The ZipClean mattress is on the firmer side, with just the right amount of give and bounce. This is perfect for little ones ages 3-7! Firm mattresses offer great support as they grow and develop, helping ensure they get the comfort they need. So, you can rest easy knowing your kiddos are supported while they sleep!

• ZipLuxe Dual Comfort Mattress: The ZipLuxe stands apart from other mattresses because of its customization items. Depending on your preferences, you can flip the latex layer inside the mattress to be either firm or thin soft, and you can choose from soft or firm coils. The top of the mattress has a very soft, pillowy feel.

It takes 30 nights for your body to fully adjust to a new sleep product. If after sleeping on the mattress for 30 nights, you are not fully satisfied with your new mattress, please reach out to our team at hello@beddys.com. You can return your mattress for up to 365 days from the date of delivery. Please note that there is a $99 return shipment fee. Because mattresses are a custom item, we do not allow cancellations after the order has been placed.

It takes 30 nights for your body to fully adjust to a new sleep product. If you are not fully satisfied after 30 nights of sleeping on your mattress, please reach out to our team at hello@beddys.com.

Yes! We offer Afterpay and Shop Pay.

First, ensure that your adjustable base is properly plugged in to a working outlet and are properly attached throughout the adjustable base. If the problems persist, reach out to hello@beddys.com for assistance.

No, we are only able to ship mattress orders to the lower 48 United States, excluding PO Boxes.

It takes 24 hours for your Beddy’s mattress to expand and look its best, but you are welcome to sleep on it before those 24 hours have passed! Sweet dreams!

The recommended mattress care instructions depend on which mattress you own.

• ZipClean: To clean the top removable layer, simply unzip it and wash it on a cold cycle. Dry on low. It’s important to note that this removable top should not be washed as frequently as you wash your sheets – please only wash it on an as needed basis.

• ZipLuxe: When care is needed, please spot clean only, using water, a microfiber cloth, and a mild detergent.

Our ZipClean Mattress has a number of certifications for the various elements used to make it, ensuring that you can sleep easy knowing that you’ve purchased a mattress that is safe for you and your loved ones.

We've included complimentary pickup of your old mattress for your convenience! This is available on orders taking advantage of the white glove service. To take advantage of this service, please select "mattress removal" at checkout, and we'll collect your old mattress at the time of your new mattress delivery. 

Please note that the third-party White Glove delivery service reserves the right to decline the pickup of mattresses that are damaged or excessively soiled.

Additionally, if you do not select mattress removal during checkout, you forfeit your option for this service, and it may not be possible to add it later to your White Glove delivery. Thank you for your understanding!

California Retail Take Back Requirement:

• In California, mattress retailers are required by law to offer to take back old mattresses when delivering new ones. If you are a resident of California, you must contact customer service at hello@beddys.com within 7 days of purchase to arrange your mattress removal.  

Beddy’s Mattresses are made to order. Because of the customizable nature of this mattress, the lead time for manufacturing is ten business days, and then your selected shipping time on top of that. Shipping Protection Plus, which includes expedited processing time, is not available on mattress products or the adjustable base.

ZipClean Mattress:

• Twin, Twin XL and Full mattresses are 11” deep. Queen and King are 13” deep.
• Twin: 75 in. x 38 in.
• Twin XL: 80 in. x 38 in.
• Full: 75 in. x 53 in.
• Queen: 80 in. x 60 in.
• King: 80 in. x 76 in.

ZipLuxe Mattress: 

• Twin: 75 in. x 38 in. (13 in. depth)
• Twin XL: 80 in. x 38 in. (13 in. depth)
• Full: 75 in. x 53 in. (13 in. depth)
• Queen: 80 in. x 60 in. (15 in. depth)
• King: 80 in. x 76 in. (15 in. depth)

Twin: A Twin mattress size is best for small sizes. It can accommodate one sleeper.

Twin XL: This mattress size is similar to a Twin, the primary difference being the added length. With an additional 5 inches, this size is still ideal for small spaces and will accommodate one sleeper. You’ll typically find this mattress size in dorm rooms, or you can put two Twin XL mattresses together to make a split King size bed!

Full: A Full mattress will fit in most average sized rooms. A Full mattress provides a roomy sleep space for one sleeper, or two if you’re willing to cuddle up!

Queen: If you’re opting for a Queen size bed, your room should be at least 10 x 10 square feet or larger. This is a very popular mattress size and one that can comfortably fit two sleepers.

King: A King size mattress provides ample room for two sleepers, and possibly a furry friend! Your room should be no less than 10 x 12 square feet in order to provide space to walk around the mattress.

No, but two Twin XL mattresses are equivalent to a King size. 

A King size Beddy’s will fit two Twin or Twin XL mattresses.

This mattress cannot be put on a box spring and must be placed on a platform bed or bed frame with slats no wider than 3” apart or it will void the warranty (not to mention make your sleep very uncomfy).

In addition to selecting your size, with the ZipLuxe, you can choose the coil firmness of your mattress. For Queen and King styles, you have the option to split the firmness on each side of the mattress. 

Additionally, ZipLuxe allows you to flip the latex layer to additionally control the firmness of your mattress. 

All Beddy’s mattresses are available in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, and King. 

You are still able to return your mattress; however, the price of the free products received will be deducted from your return amount.

If you have two different kinds of coils in your bed, position the mattress so that the zipper is at the foot of the bed. The firm coils will be on the left side of the bed.

White glove delivery is like the VIP treatment for your new mattress and/or adjustable base! The white glove delivery team will bring everything to your home, set it up in the room you choose, and even clean up the packaging afterward.

It’s important to note that white glove delivery is included for the King Size ZipClean Mattress and all ZipLuxe Mattress sizes.

The weight limit for the Beddy’s Adjustable Base is 750 pounds, evenly distributed.

No, an adjustable base shouldn’t wear out your mattress, so long as the mattress and adjustable base are the same size. For example, if you have a Queen size mattress, you should have a Queen size adjustable base.

Yes, as long as the mattress you have is the same size as the adjustable base, you are able to use any mattress. But if you need a recommendation, we’re pretty obsessed with the Beddy’s line of mattresses!

Yes! This is a zero clearance adjustable bed base, and with legs that can be altered to accommodate your bed frame, it will easily fit in your existing bed frame.

Yes, you can adjust the height of your Beddy’s adjustable base. It can be adjusted between 3” - 12” in increments of 3 inches.

This depends on the delivery style that you choose at checkout! If you choose white glove delivery, a service will come to your home and assemble the bed frame in the room of your choosing. If you did not choose white glove delivery, it will come to you unassembled.

The metal rod at the foot of the bed helps keep your mattress in place, so feel free to try out all the different variations the adjustable base has to offer! If you’re still having trouble, you might consider using mattress grip pads to keep it in place.

Your adjustable base should last around 10 years.

We highly recommend using zipper bedding on an adjustable base! The all-in-one design and heavy duty fitted sheets helps keep everything in place with all of the movement and adjustments you’ll be making. Shop zipper bedding to go with your new adjustable base!

Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are designed to help you pay for eligible healthcare costs with pre-tax dollars. Some medical Issues that might be covered: allergies & skin conditions (needing a natural/organic option such as the Beddy’s ZipLuxe mattress), Autism and sensory issues, back pain, spinal issues, sciatica, Arthritis, acid reflux, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), severe back pain, severe leg injuries, hip fractures, sleep apnea, sleep disorders, paraplegia, cardiac conditions, and restless legs syndrome; a doctor's prescription is typically required to confirm the medical necessity based on a patient's specific condition.
