FAQs
We will not be offering the buyback program this year.
Because this will be taking place in a working warehouse, children will not be permitted at the Warehouse Sale, including children in strollers. If you have a nursing infant who cannot be left at home, the infant MUST be securely worn on your chest in a baby carrier at all times.
Personal wagons are welcome to help carry purchases while shopping. We’ll also have cart runners available to help wheel larger purchases and warehouse bins out to your vehicle.
We know arranging childcare may require a little extra planning, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These guidelines allow us to safely welcome customers into our working warehouse while keeping the sale running smoothly.
Please do not arrive with children expecting an exception to be made. For safety and liability reasons, we will be enforcing this policy at the door.
We will accept debit/credit cards, gift cards, and Venmo as payment. We will not be accepting cash as payment.
We will not be offering holds during the Warehouse Sale.
We cannot guarantee that all pieces will be included in the Beddy's sets purchased that are customer returns. If a set is missing any items, it will be labeled as such and discounted accordingly.
Yes, you can return new merchandise that has been purchased at the Warehouse Sale.
Returned items purchased at the warehouse sale are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. New inventory follows our standard return policy.
To keep items organized and in their best condition, customer returns cannot be opened or inspected prior to purchase. We appreciate your understanding and helping us keep the shopping experience tidy for everyone!
It will vary from item to item. Some customer returns may have been opened but not used, others may have been very lightly used.
Unfortunately, the discount will only work on in-stock items at the warehouse sale. Arrive early for best availability.
Unfortunately, this is an in-person event only, and there will not be a Warehouse Sale discount offered online.
While the warehouse sale is in person, you can shop discounted Beddy's anytime through Beddy's ReZipped, our online resale marketplace: https://beddys.treet.co/. We're always exploring new ways to get Beddy's into customers' hands and will share updates as they become available.
