If damage is discovered within 14 days of your item being delivered, please report the damage on the link below by choosing “exchange” and we will provide a replacement item at zero cost to you.

REPLACE A DEFECTIVE ITEM

 

If your item was delivered more than 14 days ago, please email us at hello@beddys.com with the order number and customer information from the original order.  Please include photos of the defect as this will help to expedite the claim process.  Please keep in mind that a manufacturer defect is a defect in a product that occurred during manufacturing and does NOT include issues that arise from regular wear and tear.
