REPORT A MANUFACTURER DEFECT

If damage is discovered within 14 days of your item being delivered, please report the damage on the link below by choosing “exchange” and we will provide a replacement item at zero cost to you.

REPLACE A DEFECTIVE ITEM

 

If your item was delivered more than 14 days ago, please reference the warranty coverage below and email us at hello@beddys.com with the order number and customer information from the original order.  Please include photos of the defect as this will help to expedite the claim process.  Please keep in mind that a manufacturer defect is a defect in a product that occurred during manufacturing and does NOT include issues that arise from regular wear and tear.

0 - 90 DAYS FROM PURCHASE

  • In the event of a manufacturer defect within the first 90 days of purchase, we will replace the item, or provide a Beddy’s gift card equal to the original purchase price. 

91 – 180 DAYS FROM PURCHASE

  • In the event of a manufacturer defect within 91 – 180 days of purchase, we will provide a Beddy’s gift card equal to 75% of the original purchase price.

181 - 365 DAYS FROM PURCHASE

  • In the event of a manufacturer defect within 181 – 365 days of purchase, we will provide a Beddy’s gift card equal to 50% of the original purchase price.
