If you purchased Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus, your order will skip the line and typically be processed the same business day for all orders placed by 12:00pm Mountain Time. Orders placed after 12:00pm Mountain Time, will ship within 1 business day.
If you purchased Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus, which includes extended returns, you will be able to return your item for up to 45 days. Orders without this protection will be eligible for returns for 30 days.
Shipping Protection protects your package in case of loss, damage, or theft during shipment. If you experience an issue with the delivery of your package, reach out to hello@beddys.com to start the process.
Note that Shipping Protection must be selected at time of purchase and cannot be retroactively added to your order. Opting for Shipping Protection Plus expedites your order's processing. As a result, this service is non-refundable. Only available in the United States.
