Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus

Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus protects your package from loss and damage + gives you an extended return window.

Expedited Order Processing:
If you purchased Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus, your order will skip the line and typically be processed the same business day for all orders placed by 12:00pm Mountain Time. Orders placed after 12:00pm Mountain Time, will ship within 1 business day.

Extended Returns:
If you purchased Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus, which includes extended returns, you will be able to return your item for up to 45 days. Orders without this protection will be eligible for returns for 30 days.

Shipping Protection:
Shipping Protection protects your package in case of loss, damage, or theft during shipment. Please note that Beddy's Shipping Protection does not cover packages in cases where the address is invalid or was entered incorrectly.

In case of package loss or damage, claims must be filed within 48 hours of stated carrier tracking information. Documentation such as images of damaged items, original shipping labels or boxes, and in some cases a filed police report number may be required in order to submit a claim.

In the event your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, please email hello@beddys.com to start a claim.

Eligible claims will be shipped an identical item. If the item you originally purchased is no longer available, you will be issued a beddys.com gift card. No refunds for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
