This mattress cannot be put on a box spring and must be placed on a platform bed or bed frame with slats no wider than 3” apart or it will void the warranty (not to mention make your sleep very uncomfy).

One of the best parts of our ZipLuxe Mattress is all the beautiful layers that make it so comfy and luxurious. Here are the different materials used in each layer of this custom mattress:

  • Base Layer: Individually wrapped pocketed glueless gauge coils that minimize motion from your partner. Each coil operates independently for targeted contouring
  • Comfort Layer: A flippable center layer for firmness customization made of organic latex: 3” Latex 1.5" 80-density Organic Latex, 1.5" 60-density Organic Latex
  • Quilt: Made with HyPURGel Foam, copper memory foam, and certified organic jersey knit fiber, all to help with pressure relief and longevity
  • Cover: Made of 100% PurLoft wool and viscose bamboo for dust mitigation and antibacterial properties. This is what makes the cover moisture/sweat wicking, not to mention it keeps the surface of your mattress incredibly cool!. On this cover, you’ll also find a gray flange layer that ensures the zipper layer is flame retardant.

Because of the customizable nature of this mattress, the lead time for manufacturing is 10 business days, in addition to the 10-21 days for white glove delivery.

You’ll want to be sure to limit your cleaning to spot cleaning with a mild detergent and water.

When it comes to caring for your ZipLuxe Mattress, you must use a mattress pad to protect your custom mattress to stay in compliance with the warranty. We highly recommend our Beddy's whoopsie pad! 

Please note that our whoopsie pads are only available for up to Full size mattresses.

All ZipLuxe Dual Comfort Mattresses include White Glove Delivery Service, which includes the shipping of your mattress, along with delivery in the space of your choice and setup. You don’t have to lift a finger! 

We’ve also included free mattress pickup of your old unit. This must be selected at checkout and your old mattress will be picked up at the time of delivery of your new mattress. Please note, there is a right of refusal for mattress pickup - any mattress with excessive staining will not be picked up. 

It takes 24 hours for your mattress to expand and look its best, but you are welcome to sleep on it before that period has passed. Sweet dreams!

Even if you are coming from an old, worn-out mattress, did you know your body needs, at minimum, 30 days to adjust to your new mattress! We believe in our mattresses, and because of this, our mattresses cannot be returned or refunded within the first 30 days. We continue to stand behind our mattresses and allow for returns up to 365 days! Now that’s a product you can trust!
