For items that are in stock, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing on standard shipping.

For orders placed with an expedited shipping rate, please allow up to one business day for processing on all orders placed after 12:00pm Mountain Time. Note, that we do not ship on weekends. Visit FedEx for more details around expedited shipping options. Expedited rates only available for the contiguous United States.

If you purchased Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus, your order will skip the line and typically be processed the same business day for all orders placed by 12:00pm Mountain Time. Orders placed after 12:00pm Mountain Time, will ship within 1 business day.

Shipments are processed Monday-Friday.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $350 (pretax & post discount). *Free shipping only applies within the 48 contiguous states and is automatically selected at checkout, excluding APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.

Beddy's subsidizes the price our customers pay for most shipping rates (it's true!). Because our product is large and bulky (that's why it's so comfy!), shipping is quite costly, even at our discounted rates. 

- We accept returns up to 30 days after your order is delivered

- Return shipping is free for all returns (excluding most international orders)

- Canadian customers can enjoy free returns when they opt into Shipping Protection Plus.

- If you purchased Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus, which includes extended returns, you will be able to return your item for up to 45 days

- Refunds are processed once your items are delivered back to Beddy's

- Non-Refundable items include digital artwork, original shipping costs, Shipping Protection Plus, and gift cards
