This mattress cannot be put on a box spring and must be placed on a platform bed or bed frame with slats no wider than 3” apart or it will void the warranty (not to mention make your sleep very uncomfy). 

Twin, Twin XL and Full mattresses are 11” deep. Queen and King are 13” deep.

Your ZipClean mattress features three layers:

  • Cover: Moisture resistant stretch knit fabric on your removable cover for easy wash. Anti-bacterial, Voc's free, and formaldehyde free.
  • Comfort Layer: CertiPUR copper memory foam and GOLS certified latex for comfort and cushion. Natural PurLoft Wool for a chemical free, flame retardant, and temperature regulating effect.
  • Base Layer: Individually wrapped pocketed coils that minimize motion from your partner.

Because of the customizable nature of this mattress, the lead time for manufacturing is ten business days, and then your selected shipping time on top of that.

It takes 24 hours for your mattress to expand and look its best, but you are welcome to sleep on it before that period has passed. Sweet dreams!

Even if you are coming from an old, worn-out mattress, did you know your body needs, at minimum, 30 days to adjust to your new mattress! We believe in our mattresses, and because of this, our mattresses cannot be returned or refunded within the first 30 days. We continue to stand behind our mattresses and allow for returns up to 365 days! Now that’s a product you can trust! 

Caring for your new mattress is a breeze! The top piece zips off completely, making clean-up super easy. Just unzip it, toss it in the washing machine on a cold cycle, and then dry it on low. It’s that simple—keeping your mattress fresh and clean has never been easier!

Please note that the top unzippable layer should not be washed as frequently as your sheets. When you need a deep clean, wash the zipper top. For bigger messes, consider using our Whoopsie Pad for an extra layer of coverage and cleanliness!

White Glove + Mattress Removal must be selected at checkout and your old mattress will be picked up at the time of delivery of your new mattress. Please note, there is a right of refusal for mattress pickup - any mattress with excessive staining will not be picked up.
