Filled out a return Beddy's form. The sent an email stating that they recieved it and would get back to me with details on how to return the products for a refund. One of the products was never removed from the original package. The other one was placed on the bed and then removed when we realized that the weight of the product was too heavy to use during the summer in a camper. It has been 4 days and have not heard back from Beddy's.

It was a fantastic experience. I only hope you add more international shipping options. I live in Australia and had to go through a third party to get my Beddy's here. Will definitely be buying more sets and accessories for myself and as gifts if you offer shipping here. Also, I'd love to be able to choose both minky AND cotton options to switch based on the weather.

Why Beddy's

For the convenience of zipper sheets. When I found there was no Australian shipping, I very nearly went with an Aussie competitor. However, the Beddy's designs and range won out.
