No one likes to do chores while on vacation but unfortunately for all of us, they don’t just do themselves, so there comes a time when we eventually have to take care of them. Quite possibly, one of the worst chores is making the bed in an RV. Small spaces are never easy to navigate, but add to that the dreaded corner bed situation and you might as well throw in the towel. It doesn’t have to be that way though….Beddy’s to the rescue!

TIPS WE LOVE
Not all RV mattresses are the same size and although we do not have specific RV sizing, we have many customers who use and LOVE Beddy’s for that purpose. Our durable elastic bottom lines the entire underside of the mattress which will help pull it all in and keep your bedding as secure as possible, but here are just a few things to keep in mind-
- Compare the size of your mattress to those below and purchase the closest match. If your mattress is at least 6 inches deep, make sure you purchase the Beddy’s set that is closest to the width of your mattress. If the widths we offer are not as close of a match as you’d like, you are not out of luck. Just consider that a mattress wider than the Beddy’s, will cause the zippers to ride further in on the top of the mattress, while a mattress that is slightly narrower (than the Beddy's), will cause the zippers to ride lower on the sides. Both options still work!
- Beddy’s were made to fit a variety of depths of mattresses. Twin-queen fit mattresses up to 15” deep, while king can fit up to 18” deep. Because RV mattresses are often on the thinner side, you may want to consider using mattress clips or suspenders for an even tighter fit. The better the fit, the smoother the zipper, and the easier this chore is accomplished.

Toddler – 28 X 52 inches or 71.12 X 132.08 centimeters
Twin - 39 X 75 inches or 99.06 X 190.5 centimeters
Twin XL - 39 X 80 inches or 99.06 X 203.5 centimeters
Full - 54 X 75 inches or 137.16 X 190.5 centimeters
Queen - 60 X 80 inches or 152.4 X 203.2 centimeters
King - 76 X 79.5 inches or 193 X 201.93 centimeters
Now that you are set with your correct size of Beddy’s, pack your bags and get ready to hit the road! When you’re ready to go to bed, you simply unzip it! You can either pull out the extra comfort panel for full coverage or leave it zipped while you sleep to stay extra warm. After a long day of adventuring, you will be so excited to climb into the coziest of accommodations and enjoy the best night’s sleep. The best part is though, when it comes to make it in the morning, two quick zips and your bed is made and you have more time for hitting those trails or sitting aside the campfire.
