    Great Pillow In the Beginning

    Loved the pillows in the beginning, but seems to only last about 6 months before they start sagging in the middle. Doesn't matter how many times I fluff them. I kept trying or them for over a year now, but sadly they sink in the middle causing me neck pain. Not sure if you need to replace the inner parts at a certain time to avoid this. But I would hope they would last longer than 6 months for the cost.

With everyday use, it's normal for fill to shift over time, and most sleep experts recommend replacing pillows about once a year to help maintain comfort and support.
