Take A Warm Bath
Baths are a great way to recover when you are sick. Maybe you like bubble baths or maybe you just add a little essential oil and you're good. One of our favorite things to add is a bath bomb. There are so many places that sell them, but we love getting them from LUSH. They smell so good and are made up entirely of all natural ingredients. Their bath bombs are wonderful and we definitely think they would make anyone who is sick feel so much better.
