Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands and Puerto Rico) and Canada. Please note that orders to all U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, require a customs form and will, therefore, be treated as an international order. Shipping rates may vary. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes or fees incurred through international shipping. All items shipped outside of the United States , including U.S. territories, are considered FINAL SALE and our regular return policy does not apply. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, please email hello@beddys.com with the order number and photos of any issue. All items on our website are priced in USD. When items are added to your cart the currency rate for your country will be recognized and you will see this at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Due to extremely high costs, we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What hours is your showroom/will call open?

Utah locals can place a will call order for pickup in our South Jordan office. After you place your order, you will receive an email once it's ready for pickup. Please wait for the email before heading in to the warehouse. You can also visit the Beddy's showroom! From October 21st - December 23rd, you can enjoy the Comfort & Joy Boutique, set up in the Beddy's showroom! The boutique is open Tuesdays - Fridays from 9:30am - 6:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

What is Shipping Protection Plus?

At an additional cost, customers can opt into Shipping Protection Plus at checkout. This provides customers with three benefits: Expedited Order Processing, Extended Returns (up to 45 days), & Shipping Protection. Expedited Order Processing: If you purchased Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus, your order will skip the line and typically be processed the same business day for all orders placed by 12:00pm Mountain Time. Orders placed after 12:00pm Mountain Time will ship within 1 business day. Extended Returns: If you purchased Beddy's Shipping Protection Plus, which includes extended returns, you will be able to return your item for up to 45 days. Orders without this protection will be eligible for returns for 30 days. Shipping Protection: Shipping Protection protects your package in case of loss, damage, or theft during shipment. If you experience an issue with the delivery of your package, reach out to hello@beddys.com to start the process. Please note that additional documentation may be required to process this coverage. Click here for full details. Shipping Protection Plus is not available on mattress products or the adjustable base. Note, that Shipping Protection must be selected at time of purchase and cannot be retroactively added to your order. Opting for Shipping Protection Plus expedites your order's processing. As a result, this service is non-refundable. Only available in the United States. Shipping protection doesn’t cover packages lost due to incorrect addresses, so please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes, we will ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, these addresses are treated as an international order, and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label for any returns. If you purchase Shipping Protection Plus, that will not cover the cost of a return label for APO/FP/DPO addresses.
