Beddy's Holiday Gift Guide

Christmas season is upon us and before you know it, that special day will be here! At Beddy’s, we thought it would be fun to put together a few of our favorite things to help you with your holiday shopping!

Who doesn’t love a relaxing bath? Dr Teal’s is the best for relaxation and easing the pain of aches and sore muscles. Don't miss the Shea Butter and Almond Oil - it is our very favorite scent! Throw in a favorite book and face mask and you've just given the gift of pampering. Go you!

HOMEMADE BREAD

Who doesn't love homemade bread and jam? Try giving it as a neighbor gift - you are sure to win the best neighbor award of 2020! We've got the best sourdough bread recipe from @avibrantlife that is sure to be a hit! Trust us - we've tried it!

Sourdough Bread

150 g starter

10 g salt

300 g warm water

250 g unbleached bread flour

200 g unbleached all purpose flour mix all ingredients together.

Let rise for 6 hours in mixing bowl, pulling and stretching 2-4 times every 15 minutes for the first hour. Place in the dutch oven lined with parchment paper and let rise for 2 more hours. Preheat oven to 500degrees. Place dutch oven with dough inside the oven and turn the heat down to 420 degrees. Let it cook for 45 minutes and then take the bread out of the dutch oven and place on baking rack to cook/brown for 5 minutes.

HOT COCOA FROTHER

Gotta be honest, one of our favorite things about it getting colder (besides cuddling up in our Beddy's blanket) is that it is officially hot chocolate season. Betsy recently introduced us to the frother from Perk Energy. Trust us when we say this is a game changer when you are making your hot chocolate. And how cute would it be to gift your favorite hot cocoa, mug and a frother to your co-worker or friend? Super cute.

Beddy’s Blankets are game changers in the cozy department. It is not an exaggeration when we say they will change your life. Slippers are one of those things that you don’t think you need, until you have them. Then you'll wonder how you ever lived without them!? Do your overworked dogs a favor and give them some much needed comfort and warmth during the chilly winter. GIVE AN EXPERIENCE

One thing we do in our family that makes the holidays both memorable and magical is on the night of Christmas we give what we call “The Last Gift of Christmas.” It is something that no one asked for, and is a complete surprise. We have done anything from NBA tickets, to Concert tickets, to a surprise vacation. Whatever your budget will allow, it is a fun tradition and a perfect way to end the night.
