Beddy’s Frequently Asked Questions:
What is your return policy?
We will return any unused, unwashed product that is still in original packaging within 30 days. There will be a 10% restocking fee. Any defective merchandise will be replaced within 30 days. For more information visit our Return Policy Page to see our full return policy. There will be NO refunds on ANYTHING over 90 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless item is being returned due to manufacturing defect or error made by Beddy's.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States, to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates may vary. Customer is responsible for duties, taxes or fees incurred through international shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and FPO addresses?
Due to extremely high costs, we are not able ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I use more than one coupon?
We allow for one coupon/code per order. Offers are not combinable.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 24-business hours for processing. Orders are typically shipped on the next business day. (Example: An order placed at noon on Friday, will ship on Monday.) All shipments are sent from Salt Lake City, Utah. How long it takes to arrive depends on how far away the destination is from that point. Most U.S. shipments take 1-5 business days. International shipments take 1-2 weeks.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do have an option for overnight and 2-day shipping within the continental United States. Pricing is based on address location. We are unable to expedite shipping to P.O. Boxes; physical addresses only. Please allow 24-business hours for processing; orders will be shipped on the following business day. (Example: An overnight expedited order placed at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, will be shipped on Wednesday and arrive on Thursday.)
Do I need a mattress pad?
We recommend yes, especially if you have a child that is still wetting the bed
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we have a 60-day manufacturer's warranty.
Which fabrics do you use to make Beddy's?
The entire exterior is made with 100% cotton with a 300 thread count. The interior "Minky" fabric is made from 100% polyester, with 100% polyester fill.
How often can I wash my Beddy's?
You can wash your Beddy's as often as you would like. We don't recommend more often than once a week, though, because it will wear out more quickly. We recommend that kids be fully potty trained before using Beddy's to avoid the extra washings. For best results REMOVE PROMPTLY from washing machine, follow our washing instructions and machine wash in cold water, tumble dry on low. If bedding is left in the washing machine it can be at risk for color transfer.
What are the exact bed measurements for the sizes?
Does the twin size bedding fit on an XL twin?
Yes! The elastic on the bottom of the bedding stretches further to reach under the XL Twin.
How long is the bed skirt?
There is a 14-inch drop on the bed skirt.
When will my “backordered” item ship?
When your backordered item is back in stock, your item will automatically be shipped out within 24 hours and you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
Does the bedding come with pillowcases or shams?
Yes! Each toddler and twin Beddy come with one U.S. standard sham and pillowcase. Full and queen Beddy’s come with two U.S. standard shams and pillowcases. King and California king Beddy’s come with two king –sized shams and pillowcases. Standard size for pillows is about 20 x 26 inches. King size for pillows is about 20 x 36 inches.
Do you do custom orders?
Each Beddy is handmade and we are not able to do custom orders at this time.
Do you offer price adjustments?
Yes, we do. We offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase. If you ordered a pre-order or backordered item you can get the best price during the waiting period. Price adjustments are not available on clearance, final sale, warehouse items, door buster deals, special promotions or discontinued items. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for price adjustments. Adjustments are not made automatically.
Does Beddy's pay for shipping on returns?
Beddy's will pay for return shipping on manufacturing defects and errors on our part. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for return shipping.
